1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the RuvexTech platform, operated by RuvexTech ("RuvexTech", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have authority to bind the business you represent to these terms, and be legally able to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Account security

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Customer responsibilities

• Accuracy of the business information, pricing, and policies you configure the AI to use.
• Managing user permissions within your workspace.
• Having the right to connect the messaging channels, phone numbers, and calendars you authorize.
• Complying with legal notice and consent requirements applicable to your use of AI messaging channels.
• Reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for decisions with legal or financial consequences.

5. Subscriptions, usage, and payment

Plans are billed on a subscription basis as described at checkout. Fees, applicable taxes, included usage, and renewal terms are shown before you complete a purchase. Prices may change with notice ahead of your next renewal.

6. Trials, founding, and promotional terms

Any trial, founding, or promotional pricing is limited by market and eligibility, and reverts to the regular plan price after the promotional period shown at signup.

7. Setup and onboarding scope

Setup and onboarding assistance is provided as described in your plan or service agreement. Availability of specific channels or integrations may vary by country.

8. Third-party services and channels

RuvexTech connects to third-party messaging, calendar, and telephony providers. Your use of those channels is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies.

9. Acceptable conduct

You agree not to use RuvexTech in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

10. Intellectual property

RuvexTech and its underlying technology remain our property. You retain ownership of your own business content and data.

11. AI limitations and no guaranteed outcomes

RuvexTech uses AI to generate responses and automate workflows. We do not guarantee any specific booking volume, revenue outcome, or that AI output will always be accurate — configure human handoff for sensitive or high-stakes conversations.

12. Customer content license

You grant us a license to process your business content and customer data solely to provide the service to you.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or as required by law. You may cancel as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

14. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

15. Limitation of liability
